【摘要】 同源盒基因C8 (homeobox gene C8,HOXC8)属于同源异型盒基因家族，是一类高度保守的转录因子，普遍存在于包括人在内的脊椎动物基因组之中。HOXC8可通过特异性调控其靶基因的转录参与生物体的多项生命过程。近年来，研究发现HOXC8的异常表达与多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。该文从HOXC8的生物学功能及其在消化道肿瘤中的作用进行综述，探讨HOXC8与消化道肿瘤中的作用机制，以期为寻找消化道肿瘤治疗的新靶点提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The homeobox gene C8(HOXC8),one of the members of the homeobox family, is a highly conservative transcription factor, which is widespread among vertebrates species including humans.HOXC8 is involved in many biological processes by specifically regulating the transcription of its target genes.In recent years, several researches indicate that the abnormal expression of HOXC8 is associated with the occurrence and development of various tumors.Thus, this paper will review the main biological functions and the role of HOXC8 in tumors or disease of digestive tract, aiming to providetheoretical basis for a new therapeutic target of tumors or disease of digestive system.更多还原
