EBP50和EGFR在透明细胞性肾细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of EBP50 and EGFR in clear cell renal cell carcinoma
【摘要】 目的:探究ERM结合磷酸化蛋白50(ERM-binding phosphoprotein-50,EBP50)和表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR)在透明细胞性肾细胞癌(clear cell renal cell carcinoma, ccRCC)及正常肾组织中的表达及相关性,并分析二者与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:用免疫组化检测原发ccRCC、转移ccRCC和正常肾组织中EBP50及EGFR的表达,并在原发ccRCC中检测EBP50和EGFR的相关性及两者与ccRCC临床病理特征的关系。结果:EBP50在原发和转移ccRCC中的阳性表达率低于正常肾组织,EGFR在原发和转移ccRCC中的阳性表达率高于正常肾组织;原发ccRCC中,EBP50的表达差异在年龄、Fuhrman分级中具有统计学意义,EGFR的表达差异在肿瘤最大径、Fuhrman分级中具有统计学意义;EBP50与EGFR的表达在原发ccRCC中呈负相关。结论:在ccRCC中,EBP50低表达,EGFR高表达,EBP50可能发挥抑癌作用,EGFR可能发挥致癌作用;EBP50可能通过抑制EGFR的表达和功能来发挥作用;EBP50和EGFR可辅助病理医师判断ccRCC的分级。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression and correlation of EBP50 and EGFR in clear cell renal cell carcinoma and normal renal tissues, and to analyze the relationship between EBP50 and EGFR and clinicopathological features of patients.Methods:The expression of EBP50 and EGFR in primary ccRCC,metastatic ccRCC and normal renal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between EBP50 and EGFR and the clinicopathological features of ccRCC were also examined in primary ccRCC.Results:The positive expression rate of EBP50 in primary and metastatic ccRCC was lower than that in normal renal tissues, while the positive expression rate of EGFR in primary and metastatic ccRCC was higher than that in normal renal tissues.In primary ccRCC,the expression of EBP50 was significantly different in age and Fuhrman, and the expression of EGFR was significantly different in the largest diameter of tumor and Fuhrman.The expression of EBP50 was inversely correlated with EGFR in primary ccRCC.Conclusion:In ccRCC,EBP50 expression is low and EGFR expression is high.EBP50 may act as a tumor suppressor and EGFR may be carcinogenic.EBP50 may play an anti-tumor role by inhibiting the expression and function of EGFR.EBP50 and EGFR can help pathologists to judge the grade of ccRCC.
