煤基固废制备采空区地表裂缝封堵材料的配比试验

【摘要】 矿山企业在生产过程中产生大量固体废物,而煤矿采空区地表裂缝对人们的生产生活也有着很大的影响。为探究煤基固废制备采空区地表裂缝封堵材料的最佳配比,以内蒙古某矿在开采过程中随顶板垮落使得采空区地面塌陷产生大量地表裂缝为工程背景,通过对该矿地形地貌、地层岩性以及气候水文等进行分析,得出该矿采空区地表裂缝的形成原因,并结合现场实际情况,利用煤基固废制备充填浆液,解决该矿出现的采空区地表裂缝问题。通过对不同充填材料配比(选取粉煤灰、脱硫石膏以及水泥为充填材料),研究充填浆液的流动性、充填体的抗压强度以及耐久性能,得出最佳配比为粉煤灰:水泥为10∶0.5,水灰比为1。

【Abstract】 Mining enterprises produce a large amount of solid waste in the production process.The surface cracks in the goaf of coal mine also have great influence on production and human life.Based on the analysis of the mine landform, formation lithology, climate and hydrology, the cause of the formation of surface cracks in the gob of the mine is obtained.Combined with the actual situation of the site, coal-based solid waste preparation filling slurry is used to solve the problem of surface cracks in a coal mine in Inner Mongolia.The fluidity of filling slurry, compressive strength and durability of filling body are studied using different filling material ratios(fly ash, desulfurized gypsum and cement are selected as filling materials),and the optimal proportion of fly ash and cement is 10∶0.5 and the ratio of water-fly ash is 1.
