铁路货车基础制动装置制动效率优化研究

【摘要】 在研究铁路货车基础制动装置制动效率方面,相比于传统的解析法和实验法,仿真分析法能够模拟铁路货车复杂的动态制动过程,实现对制动系统性能的全面评估。采用ADAMS多体动力学软件对铁路货车基础制动装置的制动效率进行研究,并提出几个优化方案,旨在改善基础制动装置卡滞、别劲等问题,提高基础制动装置的制动效率。

【Abstract】 In the investigation of the braking efficiency of the basic braking system in railway freight cars, simulation analysis, in comparison to traditional analytical and experimental methods, has the capability to replicate the complex dynamic braking processes of railway freight cars, enabling a comprehensive assessment of the braking system’s performance. This paper employs ADAMS multi-body dynamics software to analyze the braking efficiency of the basic braking system in railway freight cars and proposes several optimization solutions aimed at addressing issues such as sticking and binding in the basic braking system, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the braking efficiency of the basic braking apparatus.
