PCD刀具车削玻璃纤维增强复合材料切削温度研究
Research on Cutting Temperature of Glass Fiber Reinforced Composites Turned by PCD Tool
【摘要】 进行了PCD刀具车削玻璃纤维增强复合材料实验,研究了切削用量对切削温度的影响规律。研究结果表明:切削温度随着切削速度的增加而增大,随进给量的增加先增大后减小,随着背吃刀量的增加而增大。
【Abstract】 The effect of cutting parameters on cutting temperature when PCD tool is used to turn glass fiber reinforced composites is studied.The results show that the cutting temperature increases with the increase of cutting speed.The cutting temperature increases first and then decreases with the increase of feed rate.The cutting temperature increases with the increase of cutting speed.
