变革疲劳量表的汉化及信效度检验

【摘要】 目的:将变革疲劳量表(Change Fatigue Scale,CFS)进行汉化,并对其进行信效度检验。方法:对CFS进行翻译、回译、文化调适和预调查,形成中文版CFS。选取武汉市某三级甲等医院的600名临床护士进行问卷调查,验证中文版CFS的信效度。结果:中文版CFS共6个条目,条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.800~1.000,量表全体一致内容效度指数(S-CVI/UA)为0.833,平均水平内容效度指数(S-CVI/Ave)为0.967。探索性因子分析提取出1个公因子,累计方差贡献率为72.665%。验证性因子分析结果显示模型各项指标均在可接受范围。Cronbach’s α系数为0.918,折半信度为0.911,重测信度为0.894。结论:中文版CFS信效度良好,可用于临床情境下对护士变革疲劳状况的评估。

【Abstract】 Objective:To translate the Change Fatigue Scale(CFS) into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity. Methods:The Chinese version of CFS was formed through translation,back translation,cultural adaptation and pre-investigation. A total of 600clinical nurses working in a tertiary grade A hospital in Wuhan city were selected by convenience sampling method to test the reliability and validity. Results:There were 6 items in Chinese version of CFS. The item-level content validity index(I-CVI) ranged from 0. 800 to 1. 000. The universal agreement of scale-level content validity index(S-CVI/UA) was 0. 833,and the average scale-level content validity index(S-CVI/Ave) was 0. 967. Exploratory factor analysis extracted one common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 72. 665%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that all indexes of the model were in the acceptable range. The Cronbach’s αcoefficient of the total volume table was 0. 918,the split half reliability was 0. 911,and the retest reliability was 0. 894. Conclusions:The Chinese version of CFS has good reliability and validity,and it can be used to evaluate the change fatigue status of nurses in clinical settings.
