【摘要】 针对当前医养结合服务发展所需的专业照护人才，山东省依据医养结合发展现状编制了医养照护师职业技能标准地方标准。该标准明确了医养照护师的职业定义、技能等级、工作环境、能力特征等概况，提炼了生活照护、专业护理、康复护理、心理关怀、安宁疗护、教育指导六大职业功能模块，并针对各模块制定了详细的工作内容和技能要求，旨在规范医养照护师的专业服务行为，提高医养结合服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Considering the professional caregivers needed to develop medical and nursing services,Shandong province has formulated the medical caregiver professional qualification standard. The standard specifies the professional definition,skill level,work environment,ability characteristics and other profiles of medical and nursing caregivers. It refines six major professional function modules,namely,life care,professional nursing care,rehabilitation care,psychological care,hospice care and educational guidance. It also formulates detailed work content and skill requirements for each module. It aims to unify the professional service behaviors of medical and nursing personnel and improve the quality of medical and nursing services. In order to provide a reference for the construction of standards in the field of medical and nursing integration, this paper reports the compilation in terms of the process and results,the framework, the innovations,and the significance of the implementation.更多还原
