【摘要】 目的:构建新入职本科规范化培训护士护理信息能力评价指标体系。方法:基于文献回顾、德尔菲法，构建新入职本科规范化培训护士护理信息能力评价指标体系，应用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。结果:共纳入12名咨询专家，2轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率均为100%，专家权威系数分别为0.93,0.92,2轮专家咨询各级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.119～0.205和0.161～0.339（均P<0.001）。最终构建的新入职本科规范化培训护士护理信息能力评价指标包含3个一级指标、10个二级指标、53个三级指标。结论:新入职本科规范化培训护士护理信息能力评价指标体系科学、严谨、可靠，可为医疗机构进行新入职本科规范化培训护士护理信息能力的培养、考评提供量化依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To construct the evaluation index system of nursing information ability for new undergraduate standardized training nurses. Methods:Based on literature review and Delphi method,the evaluation index system of nursing information ability for new undergraduate standardized training nurses was constructed,and the weights of indicators at all levels were determined by AHP.Results:A total of 12 consulting experts were included in this study. Two rounds of expert correspondence were conducted.The effective questionnaire recovery rate were all 100%. The authority coefficients of the experts were 0. 93 and 0. 92. The Kendall’s W coefficients of indicators at all levels in the two rounds of consulting were 0. 119-0. 205 and 0. 161-0. 339,respectively(P<0. 001). The evaluation index system of nursing information ability for new undergraduate standardized training nurses was finally constructed,including 3 primary indexes,10 secondary indexes and 53 tertiary indexes. Conclusion:The evaluation index system of nursing information ability for new undergraduate standardized training nurses was scientific,rigorous and reliable. It could provide quantitative basis for the training and evaluation of nursing information ability for new undergraduate standardized training nurses in medical institutions.更多还原
