煤气化重芳烃中CS2可溶物的组成分布与结构特征

【摘要】 以新疆庆华煤气化重芳烃(HA)作为研究对象,在超声条件下采用CS2溶剂对其中的可溶有机组分进行萃取分离。通过相关表征和测试,分析CS2可溶有机组分(SP)的组成与结构特征。FTIR结果显示,与HA相比,SP中的羟基吸收峰更为宽泛,说明可溶物中可能含有更多醇类或酚类物质。GC/MS分析表明,重芳烃CS2可溶物以芳烃、链烷烃和含氧化合物为主,相对含量分别为56.2%,12.1%和16.8%。通过四级杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱仪(Orbitrap MS)检测到了含杂原子的强极性化合物,主要包括苯酚、萘酚、苯羧酸、呋喃酮和烯酸酯等化合物。基于重芳烃CS2可溶物的组成分布与结构特征解析,可为后续重芳烃的分离转化奠定基础。

【Abstract】 With heavy aromatic hydrocarbons(HA) from Xinjiang Qinghua Coal Gasifier as the research object, the soluble portion(SP) was separated under ultrasonic condition with CS2 as the solvent.Composition and structure characteristics of the soluble portion(SP) were analyzed by several characterization methods.FTIR results showed that the hydroxyl absorption peak in SP became broader compared with that of HA,indicating that the soluble portion might contain more alcohols or phenols.It is found from GC/MS analysis that the soluble portion was dominated by aromatic hydrocarbons, alkane chain hydrocarbons, and oxygenated compounds, with the relative contents of 56.2%,12.1%,and 16.8%,respectively.Strongly polar compounds containing heteroatoms, mainly phenols, naphthols, benzene carboxylic acids, furanones, and enolates, were detected by four-stage rod-electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometer(Orbitrap MS).Based on the composition distribution and structure characteristics of CS2 soluble portion, the subsequent separation and transformation of heavy hydrocarbon aromatics can be observed in the future.
