μ-Raman和ATR-μ-FTIR检测小粒径微塑料的光谱特征及适用性分析
Analysis of spectral characteristics and applicability of μ-Raman and ATR-μ-FTIR in detecting small-sized microplastics
【摘要】 目前主流的微塑料定性检测方法为显微红外光谱法(ATR-μ-FTIR)和显微拉曼光谱法(μ-Raman),为了更好地测定两种方法对不同组分小粒径微塑料检测的适用性,以ABS、PS和PP等13种微塑料为例,制备了亚微米级的微塑料,通过检测基底筛选、调整激光波长和激光照射时间来降低荧光干扰等研究,优化了μ-Raman对小粒径微塑料的检测方法,同时比较了μ-Raman和ATR-μ-FTIR检测不同组分小粒径微塑料时的光谱特征。结果显示,显微拉曼检测微塑料的最小粒径在0.7~2.5μm之间,显微红外检测微塑料的最小粒径在10~20μm之间,含芳香环的微塑料更适合用μ-Raman检测,20μm可以作为微塑料组分鉴定方法选择的分界。本研究为小粒径微塑料的检测提供了参考。
【Abstract】 At present, the mainstream qualitative detection methods for microplastics include attenuated total reflection micro-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-μ-FTIR) and micro-Raman spectroscopy(μ-Raman).In order to better determine the applicability of these two methods for detecting microplastics with small particle sizes and different compositions, this study took 13 types of microplastics such as ABS,PS and PP as examples and prepared submicron-sized microplastics.The research involved the optimization of μ-Raman detection methods for small-sized microplastics, including substrate selection, adjustment of laser wavelength, and laser irradiation time to reduce fluorescence interference.Simultaneously, the spectral characteristics of microplastics with different compositions detected by μ-Raman and ATR-μ-FTIR were compared.The results showed that the minimum particle size for microplastic detection using micro-Raman was between 0.7~2.5 μm, while for microplastic detection using attenuated total reflection micro-Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, it ranged from 10 μm to 20 μm.Microplastics containing aromatic rings were found to be more suitable for μ-Raman detection, with 20 μm identified as the boundary for selecting microplastic component identification methods.This study provides reference information for the detection of small-sized microplastics.
