无水草酸辅助硝酸铁热分解制备高饱和磁化强度γ-Fe2O3纳米粒子
Preparation of highly saturated magnetized γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles by thermal decomposition of ferric nitrate assisted by anhydrous oxalic acid
【摘要】 采用硝酸铁和无水草酸为原料,通过简便的一步固相法焙烧制备γ-Fe2O3纳米粒子。采用XRD、SEM-EDS、N2-吸附/脱附和VSM等表征手段分析了样品的结构、形态和磁性能。研究表明,在Fe(NO3)3·9H2O中添加C2H2O4,可以制备出饱和磁化强度为76.3 emu/g的棒状γ-Fe2O3。
【Abstract】 γ-Fe2O3 Nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by a simple one-step solid-phase method using iron nitrate[Fe(NO3)3·9H2O] and anhydrous oxalic acid(C2H2O4) as raw materials.The samples’ structure, morphology, and magnetic properties were analyzed by XRD,SEM-EDS,and N2-adsorption/deactivation VSM.The results show that adding C2H2O4 to Fe(NO3)3·9H2O can successfully prepare rod-like γ-Fe2O3 with saturation magnetization of 76.3 emu/g.
