【Abstract】 The utilization of capital through new methods and technologies can develop productivity and increase wealth, providing financial support for common prosperity among the entire population. However, it does not necessarily guarantee common prosperity in wealth ownership for all. The combination of capital and labor capital not only functions to develop productivity and increase wealth but also plays a role in promoting common prosperity for the entire population. The novel system of capitalizing means of production as ownership shares for capital owners and capitalizing labor as ownership shares for workers can achieve the organic integration of capital and labor. This system ensures that labor contributions belong to the workers, and capital contributions lead to gains for capital owners. It is conducive to promoting the development of productivity, wealth growth, and common prosperity for the entire population.
