【Abstract】 “Comparing the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide under different conditions” is a very important experiment in the high school biology textbook. In order to let students accurately understand the meaning of enzyme efficiency and scientifically carry out innovative experiments, this article examines several common metal ions and the efficiency of decomposition of hydrogen peroxide when these metal ions are combined with catalase(CAT) to serve as the catalyzer.
