【摘要】 霍尔效应是研究精细陶瓷材料电学性能的重要方法之一,对分析半导体材料性能至关重要。本文阐述了霍尔效应的科学原理及其在材料科学中的重要性,深入分析了其科研思维和方法论,并介绍了霍尔效应在实际应用中的案例,探索课程思政教育与科技创新的融合途径,以提升学生的综合素质和社会责任感,培养兼具爱国情怀与科技素养的新时代人才。

【Abstract】 The Hall effect is one of the important methods to study the electrical properties of advanced ceramic materials, which is very important for the analysis of semiconductor material properties. This paper expounds the scientific principle of the Hall effect and its importance in materials science, deeply analyzes its scientific research thinking and methodology, introduces the case of the Hall effect in practical application, and explores the integration of ideological and political education and scientific and technological innovation in the curriculum, so as to improve students’ comprehensive quality and sense of social responsibility, and cultivate talents in the new era with both patriotic feelings and scientific and technological literacy.
