“生物化学实验”课程思政融入“教-学”过程设计与实践

【摘要】 高校“生物化学实验”作为核心专业实践课程,在立德树人为中心的专业类人才培养中占据重要地位,其思政教学融入是促进学生综合素养能力达成的有利举措。本文以湘潭大学“生物化学实验”课程为例,剖析思政融入实践课程“教-学”过程的必要性,挖掘实验课程中蕴含的思政元素,设计了通过该课程融入思政元素提升学生综合素养能力方案,并提出了保障课程思政实施的策略及实践成效考核评估方法。实践应用结果表明,本方案得到98.8%的学生认可,评价排名迅速提升,实验课程成绩对总成绩的贡献占比不断提高,学生参与各类竞赛热情高涨、成绩喜人,为一流人才培养提供了一定参考。

【Abstract】 As the core professional practice course in colleges and universities, “Biochemistry Experiment” occupies an important position in professional talents centered on virtue cultivation. Ideology and politics in “Biochemistry Experiment” practice curriculum is a favorable measure to promote the students to acquire comprehensive qualities and abilities. This study uses “Biochemistry Experiment” course as an example to dissect the necessity of ideological and political education elements present in “teaching-learning” process, excavate the ideological and political education elements included in experimental course, design ideological and political education elements fused into “Biochemistry Experiment” course to improve the comprehensive abilities, and put forward the measures and methods of institutional guarantee and practical effects assessment of ideological and political education elements. The results of practical application show that this program has been recognized by 98.8% of students, the evaluation ranking has increased rapidly, the contribution of experimental course results to the total score has been increasing, and the students’ enthusiasm for participating in various competitions has been gratifying, which provides a certain reference for the cultivation of first-class talents.
