酰基辅酶A在疾病中的代谢调控

【摘要】 酰基辅酶A是脂质代谢的中间体,参与脂肪酸合成和降解、转录因子活化、蛋白质翻译后修饰以及能量代谢等一系列代谢途径,在生物体的生命活动中发挥着重要作用。当酰基辅酶A发生紊乱时,会影响生物体的各种生理和病理过程,进而引起各种疾病如肝细胞癌、糖尿病和心脏病等。因此,了解酰基辅酶A在这些疾病中的代谢功能对于临床靶向治疗有指导性意义。本文将从酰基辅酶A的结构和分类、参与代谢通路、酰基辅酶A在一些常见疾病中的代谢调控等方面进行综述,并对今后酰基辅酶A在疾病的临床靶向治疗方面的应用进行展望。

【Abstract】 Acyl coenzyme A(acyl-CoA) is an intermediate of lipid metabolism and is involved in a number of metabolic pathways, such as fatty acid synthesis and degradation, transcription factor activation, post-translational modification of proteins, and energy metabolism, which plays an important role in the life activities of organisms.The dysregulation of acyl-CoA will affect various physiological and pathological processes in organisms, leading to a variety of diseases such as hepatocellular carcinoma, diabetes mellitus, and heart disease. Therefore, understanding the metabolic function of acyl-CoA in these diseases is instructive for clinically targeted therapy. In this review, we will present the structure and classification of acyl-CoA, the metabolic pathways involved, the metabolic regulation of acylCoA in some common diseases, and discuss the potential of utilizing acyl-CoA as a clinical target in the future therapy.
