功能型植物纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料研究进展

【摘要】 天然植物纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料具有天然环保、可生物降解、力学性能较好等特点,已经成为极具发展潜力的“绿色材料”。功能型植物纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料的研发对于提升复合材料附加值、拓宽应用领域具有重要意义。因此,综述了植物纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料在阻燃、耐候、隔音、保温隔热、抗菌、色彩以及抗静电等领域的研究现状和进展,分析了阻燃剂、抗老化剂、保温剂、抗菌剂、颜料以及导电填物等功能型助剂选择、内在功能性机理解析、产业化技术研发以及产品功能多样性等方面存在的问题,并展望了该领域的发展趋势,以期为进一步推动功能型植物纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料的研发提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Natural plant fiber reinforced polylactic acid composite have become a “green material” with great development potential due to their natural environmental protection, biodegradability and excellent mechanical properties. The development of functional plant fiber reinforced polylactic acid composite is of great significance for improving the added value of composite and broadening the application fields. Therefore, the research status and progress of plant fiber reinforced polylactic acid composite in the fields of flame retardant, weather resistance, sound insulation, thermal insulation, antibacterial, color and antistatic are systematically reviewed. The problems in the selection of functional additives such as flame retardants, anti-aging agents, thermal insulation agents, antibacterial agents, pigments and conductive fillers, the analysis of internal functional mechanisms, the research and development of industrial technologies, and the diversity of product functions are summarized, and the development trend in this field was prospected, in order to provide scientific basis for further promoting the research and development of functional plant fiber reinforced polylactic acid composite.
