基于并行约束策略的热点舆情协同控制方法

【摘要】 随着信息技术的不断发展,舆情传播已作为重要的社会互动形式,在现今对社交网络用户有着重大影响,故对寻求其进行有效的协同控制策略迫在眉睫.文章提出了包含多种控制策略并行的舆情传播协同控制模型,设置局部自适应观察器对热点舆情信息实施监管,提出了PC-LA法,以优化对热点舆情的控制效果.并使用庞特里雅金极大原理给出了协同控制策略的必要条件,基于改进后的萤火虫算法进行数值求解.最后,进行了数值算例实验.实验结果表明,文章所提方法能以较小成本对舆情传播进行控制,有效减少传播者与无知者的数量.

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of information technology,public opinion communication has become an important form of social interaction and has a significant impact on social network users.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to seek effective collaborative control strategies.In this paper,a collaborative control model of public opinion propagation containing multiple parallel control strategies is proposed,local adaptive observer is set to supervise hot public opinion information,and PC-LA method is proposed to optimize the control effect of hot public opinion.The necessary conditions of the cooperative control strategy are given by using the Pontryagin maxima principle,and numerical solutions are carried out based on the improved firefly algorithm.Finally,a numerical example is given.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can control public opinion dissemination at a small cost and effectively reduce the number of communicators and ignorant people.
