中药材提取物抑制植物病原菌研究进展

【摘要】 传统的化学合成杀菌剂容易对环境及生态造成影响,而植物源杀菌剂则具备良好的生态兼容性。中药材提取物具有良好的杀菌作用,无论是用无机溶剂还是有机溶剂提取又或者是植物精油,都会表现出对目标以外的生物毒副作用小、不会造成环境污染等优点,中药材提取物中蕴含庞大的抑菌活性成分。但是以中药材提取物作为植物源农药在实际生产中却是相对较少的。论文介绍了中药材提取物对于植物病原菌的抑制实例、中药材提取物对植物病害的防治实例,分析中药材提取物中抑菌活性成分,归纳中药材提取物的抑菌机制,以从不同角度来了解植物源杀菌剂。期望能为植物源杀菌剂的发展提供重要科学参考,促进植物源杀菌剂在生产实际中的应用,达到减少化学药剂使用量、保护生态的目的。

【Abstract】 Traditional chemical synthetic fungicides are easy to affect the environment and ecology, while plant derived fungicides have good ecological compatibility. Extracts of Chinese medicinal materials have good bactericidal effect. Whether extracted with inorganic solvent or organic solvent or plant essential oil, it will show the advantages of small toxic and side effects on organisms other than the target, and will not cause environmental pollution. The extracts of Chinese medicinal materials contain huge antibacterial active ingredients. However, it is relatively rare to use Chinese medicinal material extract as plant source pesticide in actual production. Based on the above contents, the aim is to: the inhibitory effect of extracts of Chinese medicinal materials on plant pathogens; control effect of extracts of Chinese medicinal materials on plant diseases;antibacterial active components in extracts of Chinese medicinal materials; antibacterial mechanism of extracts of Chinese medicinal materials; different angles to fully understand botanical pesticides. These studies will provide important scientific reference for the development of botanical pesticides, promote the application of botanical pesticides in production practice, and achieve the purpose of reducing the use of chemical agents and protecting the ecology.
