【Abstract】 The education management system has shown a significant weakness in the field of food physical and chemical inspection, which is difficult to meet the demand of the current industry for high-quality professionals. In view of the key problems such as the construction of double-qualified teachers, the integration of teaching and practice, industry-university-research and application cooperation, a series of teaching reform strategies based on the mode of "post class competition certificate" are put forward.
