【摘要】 本文采用文献资料法、调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，在分析高等体育院校舞蹈表演专业教育现状的基础上，对竞赛驱动下高等体育院校舞蹈表演专业实践育人机制与路径进行探讨。研究认为，竞赛驱动下高等体育院校舞蹈表演专业实践育人价值为：明确学生学习目标，推动学生学习内在动力；找出学生学习短板，加强学生学习感受；顺应社会发展，提升学生实践能力。竞赛驱动下高等体育院校舞蹈表演专业的育人机制为：通过基础课堂教学、专业实习等掌握基础知识；通过教师课堂深入、专业技术培训等进行知识升华；通过竞赛训练等挖掘学生潜在能力，提高技能水平，实现知识的实践；通过一系列前期的铺垫和竞赛训练的关键转化，实现知识社会化，最终实现符合社会发展人才培养的目标。据此，提出竞赛驱动下高等体育院校舞蹈表演专业实践育人的路径：明确培养目标，完善课程设置；加强师资队伍建设，多样化培养内容；建立多维度科学评价体系，考虑学生的差异性；完善学校竞赛激励机制，重视理论与实践并重。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study adopts literature research method, surveys, expert interviews, and logical analysis to explore the mechanisms and paths of practice-oriented education in the dance performance major in higher sports colleges under a competition-driven model.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the dance performance major in higher sports colleges, the study argues that practice-oriented education in the dance performance major under a competition-driven model has the following values: clarifying student learning objectives and promoting students’ intrinsic motivation, identifying students’ learning weaknesses and enhancing their learning experiences, and responding to social development by improving students’ practical abilities.The mechanisms of practice-oriented education in the dance performance major under a competition-driven model include: acquiring basic knowledge through classroom teaching and professional internships, elevating knowledge through in-depth classroom teaching and professional training, exploring students’ potential and improving their skills through competition training, and achieving the socialization of knowledge through pre-competition preparation and critical transformation of competition training, ultimately aligning with the goal of cultivating talent that meets the needs of social development.Based on this, the study proposes the following paths for practice-oriented education: clarifying training objectives and improving curriculum design, strengthening the development of teaching staff and diversifying training content, establishing a multi-dimensional and scientific evaluation system considering student differences, and improving school incentive mechanisms for competitions while emphasizing the integration of theory and practice.更多还原
