【摘要】 竞走是我国竞技体育的“拳头”项目，更是田径夺金的核心项目。为推动我国竞走事业高质量发展，助力体育强国建设，本文借助Python、SPSS 26.0和Power BI等软件，对IAAF 2023上半年榜单中的748名运动员展开多维度统计与可视化分析。结果显示：当前世界竞走领域已呈现多方鼎立态势，我国正面临日益激烈的外部竞争。特别值得关注的国家主要有综合实力稳居前列的意大利和西班牙，以及后备人才充裕、梯度建设完备的日本。建议：我国应重视竞走榜样宣传，提升民众认识；扩大人才招募范围，强化梯队建设；不断精进训练技术，充分做好情报收集和赛前准备工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Race walking is a flagship discipline of competitive sports in China and a key event in athletics for winning gold medals.To drive the high-quality development of race walking in the country and contribute to the building of a sports power, this study utilizes Python, SPSS 26.0,and Power BI software to conduct multidimensional statistical analysis and visualization of 748 athletes listed in the IAAF rankings for the first half of 2023.The findings reveal that the global race walking domain currently exhibits a competitive landscape with multiple contenders, and China is facing increasingly intense external competition.Noteworthy countries include Italy and Spain, which consistently rank high in overall performance, as well as Japan, which has abundant reserve talent and a well-established development system.Recommendations for our country include emphasizing the promotion of race walking role models to enhance public awareness, expanding talent recruitment efforts, strengthening talent development pipelines, and continuously improving training techniques while focusing on intelligence gathering and pre-competition preparation.更多还原
