【摘要】 人才培养的核心意义和关键内涵在于价值观的引导、知识的传授和能力的培养,而提升人才培养质量的重要途径则是课程思政的建设。结合“食品添加剂”课程的特点和内容,梳理课程的教学目标和教学方法,在此基础上提出思政教育融入课程的必要性,从反面案例、正面案例、辩证思维和客观公正价值观4个维度进行课程思政教学的设计与实践,总结课程思政教学取得的初步实践成果。通过此教学改革,构建思想政治教育融入“食品添加剂”课程的体系构架,为培养既具有创新意识和科研能力,又具有民族认同感和责任感的全方位食品专业人才提供方法和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key aspect of talent cultivation is commonly acknowledged to involve the imparting of knowledge and nurturing of abilities through a value-driven approach. The development of ideological and political consciousness is deemed crucial in enhancing the quality of talents. According to contents and characteristics of “Food Additives” course, present the teaching objectives and teaching methods of the course. On that basis, the necessity of putting ideological and political education in to course was raised. Specific design and practice of ideological and political education was carried out in awaking mode, guiding mode, dialectical thinking-derived mode, as well as objective and fair-derived mode respectively.Preliminary practice effects of ideological and political education were concluded. In this way, ideological and political elements could be integrated into the entire teaching process. Through this education reform and innovation, establish the system structure of ideological and political integrating into “Food Additives” course, and make references for the cultivation a range of comprehensive talents not only with innovative spirit and scientific research ability but also with national pride and responsibility in the food industry.更多还原
