【摘要】 在对应用型本科院校食品类专业大学生成长增值评价方法运用的现状及应用型本科院校食品类专业大学生群体职业能力状况进行研究的基础上,对应用型本科院校食品类专业大学生群体职业能力状况进行原因分析。对应用型本科院校食品类专业大学生群体职业能力发展策略进行研究,探讨适合我国应用型本科院校食品类专业大学生学情的大学生成长增值评价方法及职业能力发展策略。文章提出了具体实施方案研究、评价指标体系建立、评价应用分析等优化教育教学评价的方法,以达到提高学生成果产出、优化人才培养质量、强化职业能力的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the study of the current situation and the professional ability of food science and engineering college students in vocational undergraduate schools, the paper analyzes the reasons for the professional ability of food science and engineering college students in vocational undergraduate schools. It studies the development strategy of the professional ability of food science and engineering college students in vocational undergraduate schools, and explores the evaluation method and development strategy that are suitable for the academic situation of food science and engineering college students in vocational undergraduate schools.
