基于应用型人才培养的“食品分析实验”教学改革探索
Exploration of Teaching Reform in “Food Analysis Experiment” Based on Applied Talent Training
【摘要】 “食品分析实验”是培养匹配食品检测岗位需求的高素质应用型人才的重要课程。针对课程教学过程中存在的实验内容系统性不强、传统授课模式不能激发学生主动性、实验课考核方式单一等问题,结合综合设计性实验的理念,提出基于应用型人才培养的“食品分析实验”综合设计性实验教学改革方案。通过“整合实验内容,形成综合性实验主题”“发布实验课题,确立实验预习任务”“模拟检测流程,完善实验教学过程”“建立多元化实验课成绩考核标准”4个步骤进行改革,调动了学生对实验课学习的主观能动性,提高了学生独立分析问题、解决问题的能力,有利于培养匹配检测岗位需求的应用型人才。
【Abstract】 “Food Analysis Experiment” is an important course for cultivating high-quality applied talents who meet the requirements of food analysis positions. There are some problems in the practical teaching process of “Food Analysis Experiment”, such as lack of systematic experimental content, inability to mobilize students’ initiative due to confirmatory experiments, and unclear evaluation standards for experimental results. In response to the above issues, combined with the concept of comprehensive design experiments, a comprehensive design experiment teaching reform plan for “Food Analysis Experiments” based on the cultivation of applied talentsis proposed. The reform is finished through four steps, including “integrating experimental content to form a comprehensive experimental theme”, “publishing experimental topics, establishing experimental preview tasks”, “simulating testing processes, improving experimental teaching processes”, and “establishing diversified experimental course performance assessment standards”. This comprehensive design experiment teaching reform helps to fully mobilize students’ subjective initiative in learning experimental courses, enhances their ability to learn professional knowledge, cultivates their ability to independently analyze and solve problems, and cultivates high-quality applied talents in the field of food quality and safety that meet job requirements.
