内蒙古预制菜产业现状与发展路径分析

【摘要】 预制菜逐渐成为餐饮消费的新模式,带动全国进入行业发展的快车道。内蒙古自治区农畜产品资源优势明显、产业优势突出,为预制菜的发展奠定了坚实的基础。内蒙古各级政府高度重视预制菜肴产业发展,对变资源优势为产业优势起到了助力作用。从预制菜的定义和范围、内蒙古预制菜发展现状、优势、存在的问题进行深入分析,提出了内蒙古发展预制菜的路径,进一步推动内蒙古预制菜的高质量发展。

【Abstract】 Prefabricated dishes have gradually become a new mode of catering consumption, pushing the country into the fast lane of industrial development. Inner Mongolia’s obvious advantages in agricultural and livestock products resources and prominent industrial advantages have laid a solid foundation for the development of prefabricated dishes. The governments at all levels in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region attach great importance to the development of the prefabricated dishes industry, which has played a role in helping to turn resource advantages into industrial advantages. This article conducts an indepth analysis of the Definition and Scope, current development status, advantages, and existing problems of prefabricated dishes in Inner Mongolia, and proposes a path for the development of prefabricated dishes in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to promote the high-quality development of prefabricated dishes in Inner Mongolia.
