现代食品包装技术在生鲜农产品加工贮藏中的应用

【摘要】 生鲜农产品易腐败、加工效益低、贮藏运输困难等问题是阻碍我国农产品高质量发展的瓶颈。为破除这些瓶颈,现代包装技术在农产品加工贮藏过程中应用是关键。对现代食品包装技术进行概述,综述我国生鲜农产品加工贮藏现状,重点论述智能包装、纳米包装和活性包装技术在生鲜农产品加工贮藏中的应用,对现代食品包装技术进行展望,旨在为解决农产品加工贮藏问题,促进农产品持续发展提供新思路。

【Abstract】 Theissues such as perishability, low processing efficiency, and difficulties in storage and transportation hinder the high-quality development of agricultural products in China. To address these bottlenecks, the application of modern packaging technology in the processing and storage of agricultural products is crucial. Overview the modern food packaging technology,then review the current status of processing and storage of fresh agricultural products in China. It focuses on the application of intelligent packaging, nanotechnology-based packaging, and active packaging technologies in the processing and storage of fresh agricultural products. It provides a perspective on modern food packaging technology, aiming to offer new insights for solving issues related to the processing and storage of agricultural products, and promoting their sustainable development.
