核酸适配体技术在有机污染物检测中的应用进展

【摘要】 核酸适配体作为一类新型的识别分子,在有机污染物检测中起到越来越重要的作用。核酸适配体不但具有于类似抗体的高特异性、高亲和力,还具有易合成、可修饰、成本低、稳定性高、应用范围广等优点。综述了近10年核酸适配体在农药、兽药、毒素、环境激素、全氟化合物、多环芳烃等有机污染物领域的应用,汇总了有机污染物核酸适配体的最新高灵敏检测方法,开辟了可应用于交叉学科的“化学抗体”新道路,为在未来复杂样品体系中的有机污染物检测应用提供有益参考。

【Abstract】 Aptamers, as a novel class of recognition molecules, play an increasingly important role in organic pollutants detection. Aptamers not only have high specificity and affinity like antibodies, but also are synthetic, modifiable, low cost,high stability and wide application range. Aptamer technique is reviewed from last decade in organic pollutants field, such as pesticides, veterinary drugs, toxins, environmental endocrines, perfluorinated compounds, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and so on. The latest sensitive aptamer-based methods for the detection of organic pollutants were summarized. New roads of “chemical antibodies” were opened for interdisciplinary. It provides an useful reference for organic pollutants detection and application of complex sample system in the future.
