“课程思政”理念下的“食品化学”教学改革与实践
Teaching Reform and Practice of “Food Chemistry” under the Concept of “Course Ideological and Political”
【摘要】 立德树人为“课程思政”建设指明方向,“课程思政”改革拓展专业课程的广度、深度和温度。针对“食品化学”课程思政元素的挖掘和设计、教育方法和实现路径及教学反思等方面进行系统论述,提出把多元化的思政元素通过多样化方式有机融入课堂,激发学生的学习热情,达到润物无声的育人效果,实现价值引领、知识教育、能力培养的有机统一。
【Abstract】 The reform of “Curriculum Civics” has expanded the breadth, depth and temperature of professional courses.Systematically discuss the excavation and design, educational methods and realization paths, as well as teaching reflections of the Civic and Political elements of the “Food Chemistry” course, proposing the organic integration of diversified Civic and Political elements into the classroom in diverse ways, stimulating students’ learning enthusiasm, achieving silent nurturing effect, and realizing the organic unity of value leadership, knowledge education and ability cultivation.
