【摘要】 近年来，医用耗材SPD管理模式在我国众多大型三甲医院被广泛推行。文中以X医院为例，探索优化整体耗材供应流程，建立可视化的临床科室二级库，以临床科室日常请领品规、数量及周消耗情况为基础，对耗材配送品规及数量进行分类、优化并实施动态调整。以主动配送模式减少科室耗材存储量，提高了二级库存周转率，减少了因囤积造成的浪费，有效控制了医院整体支出成本，减少了医务人员花费在耗材管理上的时间，打破了传统科室自行申领耗材的模式，实现了大型三甲医院低值耗材精细化管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the SPD management mode of the medical consumables has been widely implemented in many large grade A hospitals in China.This paper takes X Hospital as an example, explores the optimization of the overall consumables supply process, establishes a visual secondary warehouse of clinical departments, classifies and optimizes the distribution specification and quantity of consumables on the basis of the daily requisition specification, quantity and weekly consumption of clinical departments.By applying the active distribution mode, it’s helpful to reduce the departments’ consumables storages, improve the inventory turnover of the secondary warehouse, reduce the waste caused by hoarding, effectively control the hospital’s overall cost, reduce the medical staffs’ consumables management time, break the traditional consumables use mode executed by hospital department, and implement the low value consumables lean management of the large grade A hospitals.更多还原
