基于机器视觉的电极帽对中误差测量方法研究

【摘要】 电阻点焊是一种重要的焊接形式,点焊电极帽的对中误差会造成焊点出现扭曲、飞溅或击穿等缺陷。在摄像机坐标系下,获得电极帽表面三维点坐标,并利用这些扫描点通过椭圆拟合及最小二乘直线拟合获得上、下电极帽轴线的空间直线方程,进而测量出一对电极帽的偏移距离和角度。通过试验对电极帽对中误差测量模型进行验证,表明该模型可以在非接触下获得两个电极帽轴线之间的偏移距离和夹角。

【Abstract】 Resistance spot welding is an important form of welding, and the alignment error of spot welding electrode cap will cause defects such as distortion, splash or breakdown of the solder joint. In the camera coordinate system, the three-dimensional point coordinates on the surface of the electrode cap are obtained. The spatial linear equation of the upper and lower electrode cap axis is obtained by ellipse fitting and least square line fitting by using these scanning points, and then the offset distance and angle of a pair of electrode caps are measured. The measurement model of the alignment error of the electrode cap is verified by experiments, which shows that the model can obtain the offset distance and angle between the axes of the two electrode caps without contact.
