超声回弹法测试水泥混凝土抗弯拉强度波速计算误差研究

【摘要】 为了研究《公路路基路面现场测试规程》(JTG 3450-2019)超声回弹法测试水泥混凝土路面抗弯拉强度波速计算误差,在分析波速计算方法的基础上,提出了平测法波速修正方法。结合算例,分析了测距对平测法波速的影响。随着超声测距的增大,平测法波速与修正后的波速之比逐渐接近于1,误差逐渐减小。理论分析表明,规程方法波速计算值并非一定值,与测距大小有关。修正后的波速为一定值,能够消除测距对波速计算值的影响,可以更好地描述超声波的传播过程。

【Abstract】 In order to study the calculation error of wave velocity of flexural tensile strength of cement concrete pavement tested by ultrasonic-rebound method in Field Test Methods of Highway Subgrade and Pavement(JTG 3450-2019), the amended method of wave velocity for level measure method is proposed based on the analysis of the calculation method of wave velocity. The influence of distance measurement on wave velocity of level measure method is analyzed combined with examples. The ratio between wave velocity of level measure method and its amended value is gradually close to 1 varying with the increase of distance measurement. Theoretical analysis results indicate that the calculated value of wave velocity by the regulations method is not a fixed value and related with distance measurement. The amended wave velocity is a fixed value and it can not only eliminate the influence of distance measurement on the calculation value of wave velocity, but also can preferably describe the communication process of ultrasonic wave.
