固定床射流角度影响因素的研究

【摘要】 为了研究气体通过篦板射入料层后的运动规律,进行空气通过圆孔和条缝射入熟料层试验。利用自建试验装置,测定了两组改变粒径和风速的料层压力。根据空气射流理论,分析两组试验数据,得到了圆孔、条缝送风口试验系数分别为0.77和0.68。结果表明扩散角度与粒径呈正相关,与通孔风速呈负相关。

【Abstract】 In order to study the motion law of gas after injecting into the material layer through the grate plate, the experiment of air injecting into the clinker layer through circular holes and slits was carried out. By using the self-built experimental device, two groups of material layer pressure with different particle size and wind speed were measured. Two sets of experimental data are analyzed based on the theory of air jet, and the experimental coefficients of circular hole and slit air supply outlet are 0. 77 and 0. 68 respectively. The results showed that the diffusion angle is positively correlated with the particle size and negatively correlated with the wind speed of through-hole.
