高熵电解液体系改善低温锂离子电池性能研究
The performance research of low-temperature lithium-ion batteries improved by high-entropy electrolyte system
【摘要】 为了开发工作温度更低的锂离子电池电解液,采用增加电解液混合物熵值的方法制备了包括四种锂盐在内的锂离子电池电解液.研究结果表明,电解液熵值的增加改善了电池在低温环境下的使用性能,拓宽了工作范围.锂盐作为电解液的核心组成之一,其性质直接影响电池的性能.多种锂盐组成的混合电解液可以改善电解液的溶剂化结构,提高锂盐的溶解度进而稳定电极与电解液之间的界面.制备的高熵电解液显著提高了锂电池的循环性能和倍率性能,在-20℃下高熵电解液体系的电池循环性能远大于常用的LiPF6作为锂盐的BASE电解液的电池性能.
【Abstract】 In order to develop electrolytes for lithium-ion batteries with low operating temperatures, lithium-ion battery electrolyte including four lithium salts were prepared by increasing the entropy value of the electrolyte mixture in this work.The results show that the increase in the entropy value of the electrolyte improves the performance of the battery in low-temperature environments and broadens the working range.As one of the core components of the electrolyte, the properties of lithium salt directly affect the characteristics of the battery.A mixed electrolyte composed of multiple lithium salts can improve the electrolyte solvation structure of the electrolyte, increase the solubility of lithium salts and thus stabilize the interface between the electrode and electrolyte.The prepared high-entropy electrolyte significantly improves the cycle performance and rate performance of lithium batteries, and the cycle performance of the high-entropy electrolyte system is much better than that of the commonly used BASE electrolyte with LiPF6 as the lithium salt at-20 ℃.
