农业面源污染对企业绿色技术创新的影响研究

【摘要】 基于2008—2020年中国A股上市公司面板数据,采用固定效应模型与中介效应模型分析了地区农业面源污染对农业面源污染相关行业企业绿色技术创新绩效的影响与机制及其产业异质性。结果表明:农业面源污染加剧显著促进了相关行业企业绿色技术创新绩效;环境规制与地方政府环保补助是农业面源污染影响相关行业企业绿色技术创新的重要渠道;农业面源污染对相关行业企业绿色技术创新的影响具有产业异质性,地区农业面源污染对企业绿色技术创新的倒逼激励作用在制造业最为显著。提出应关注农业面源污染对相关行业企业绿色技术创新的倒逼激励效果,加大地方政府财政环保支持,调整环境规制政策,充分发挥企业在绿色技术创新中的主体作用。

【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of China’s A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2020, this paper uses fixed-effects model and mediated-effects model to analyze the impacts and mechanisms of regional agricultural surface pollution on green innovation of enterprises in industries related to agricultural surface pollution, and analyze the industrial heterogeneity. The results show that the aggravation of agricultural surface pollution significantly promotes the green innovation performance of enterprises in related industries; environmental regulation and local government environmental protection subsidies are important channels through which agricultural surface pollution affects the innovation of enterprises in related industries; the impact of agricultural surface pollution on the green innovation of enterprises in related industries is industrially heterogeneous, and the forcing incentive of regional agricultural surface pollution on the green innovation of enterprises is most significant in the manufacturing industry. Accordingly, attention should be paid to the effect of agricultural surface pollution on the green innovation of enterprises in related industries, increasing the financial and environmental protection support of local governments, adjusting environmental regulation policies, and giving full play to the main role of enterprises in green innovation.
