饲料中农药残留检测技术的研究进展

【摘要】 农药可通过在饲料作物上的直接喷洒、土壤中的残留、邻近作物或环境的传播、畜禽食用含农药植物以及兽药使用等途径进入饲料粮。农药经饲料粮进入畜禽体后,会导致畜禽生长受阻、免疫力下降、毒素积累,并通过食物链影响人类健康。在饲料工业和畜牧养殖业中,如何高效、便捷、低成本检测农药残留的污染情况至关重要。因此,本文综述和分析植物类饲料原料中农药残留检测技术的研究进展,旨在展示如何通过技术创新优化现有的检测流程,以满足农业生产者和食品加工业者对提高生产效率和产品质量的需求,对于提高农产品质量、保障食品安全、促进农业可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

【Abstract】 Pesticides enter feed grains through various pathways, including direct spraying on feed crops, residues in soil,spread to neighboring crops or the environment, consumption of pesticide-containing plants by animals, and use of veterinary drugs. Once pesticides enter animal bodies via feed grains, they can lead to stunted growth, decreased immune function, toxin accumulation, and ultimately affect human health through the food chain. In the feed industry and livestock farming, it is crucial to efficiently, conveniently, and cost-effectively detect pesticide residue contamination. Therefore, this article reviewed and analyzed the research progress in pesticide residue detection technologies in plant-based feed ingredients, aimed to demonstrate how technological innovations could optimize existing detection processes to meet the needs of agricultural producers and food processors for improving production efficiency and product quality. This was of significant practical importance for enhancing the quality of agricultural products, ensuring food safety, and promoting sustainable agricultural development.
