菌酶协同发酵饲料对断奶仔猪生长性能及血清生化指标的影响
Effects of microbial enzyme synergistic fermentation feed on growth performance and blood biochemical indicators of weaned piglets
【摘要】 文章旨在研究菌酶协同发酵饲料对杜×长×大断奶仔猪生长性能及血清生化指标的影响。试验将96头平均体重为(7.61±0.58)kg28日龄断奶仔猪随机分为4组,即对照组(CT组)、乳酸菌组(L组)、酶制剂组(E组)、菌酶协同发酵组(L+E组),每组4个重复,每个重复6头仔猪。试验为期4周。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,乳酸菌发酵组和菌酶协同发酵组仔猪末重及平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);(2)与对照组相比,试验组的粗蛋白质、磷的消化率均显著高于对照组(P <0.05),试验组粗脂肪、有机物及钙的消化率均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P> 0.05);(3)乳酸菌发酵组和菌酶协同发酵组的总蛋白、血清尿素氮水平显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。综上所述,菌酶协同发酵处理可以提高仔猪平均日增重、粗蛋白质和磷消化率、血清总蛋白和血清尿素氮水平,有助于提高仔猪的生长性能和健康水平。
【Abstract】 This experiment aims to investigate the effects of microbial enzyme co fermentation feed on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and blood biochemical indicators of weaned piglets. 96 body weight(7.61±0.58)kg 28-day-old weaned piglets were randomly divided into a control group(CT group),a lactic acid bacteria fermentation group(48hour fermented feed),an enzyme preparation group(enzyme preparation),and a bacterial enzyme synergistic fermentation group(48 hour bacterial enzyme synergistic fermented feed). Each group had 4 replicates,with 6 pigs per replicate. The experimental period is 4 weeks. The results showed that :(1)Compared with the control group,the final weight and average daily gain of the lactic acid bacteria fermentation group and the bacterial enzyme synergistic fermentation group were significantly higher than that of CT group(P < 0.05);(2)Compared with the control group,the crude protein and phosphorus digestibility of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of CT group(P < 0.05),while the crude fat digestibility,organic matter digestibility,and calcium digestibility of the experimental group were higher than those of CT group(P > 0.05);(3)The total protein and serum urea nitrogen levels in the lactic acid bacteria fermentation group and the bacterial enzyme synergistic fermentation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).From the above,it can be concluded that the treatment of bacterial enzyme co-fermentation can increase the average daily gain,the digestibility of crude protein and phosphorus,the level of serum total protein and serum urea nitrogen. It can improve the growth performance and health level of piglets.
