【Abstract】 Urticaria, also known as “Yinzhen” in traditional Chinese medicine, is a common skin disease.Many patients seek medical attention repeatedly due to the poor treatment efficacy.Professor ZHOU Ping-an believes that urticaria is closely related to zang-fu organs, especially the lungs, spleen, and liver.In clinical diagnosis and treatment, Professor ZHOU focuses on harmonizing nutrient and defensive aspects, releasing exterior and dispelling wind, invigorating spleen and promoting urination, and tonifying lung and soothing liver.Professor ZHOU generally uses modified Chaihu Tuomin Decoction to eliminate pathogenic factors in treating acute urticaria and modified Qiyin Sanliangsan for treating chronic urticaria.In clinical practice, Professor ZHOU emphasizes the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation, precise selection of prescriptions and medication, and flexible modification of prescriptions according to patient conditions, achieving good therapeutic effects.更多还原
