【摘要】 为了解“双减”政策高质量推进及作业效能情况，以语文课程标准为理论依据，通过文献分析和课堂观察探析“双减”政策背景下小学语文家庭作业的困境，发现其中存在作业主体角色偏离、作业内容不够充实、作业类型层次不清和作业评价方式单一等问题。究其原因，主要在于教师和家长角色定位不清晰、教师对“双减”政策理解不到位、教师对作业设计认识不足和学校作业管理不到位等方面。有鉴于此，需通过明确作业对象、拓展作业内容、丰富作业类型和重视作业评价等策略的实施使小学语文家庭作业回归本质，从而切实培养学生核心素养。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the high-quality promotion of the “double reduction” policy and the effectiveness of homework, by taking the Chinese curriculum standards as the theoretical basis, the realistic dilemma of primary school Chinese homework is analyzed under the background of the “double reduction” policy through literature analysis and classroom observation. It is found that primary school Chinese homework has the problems of deviation of the role of the main body, insufficient content, unclear levels of homework types and single way of evaluation. The main reasons are the unclear role positioning of teachers and parents, teachers’ lack of understanding of the “double reduction” policy, teachers’ lack of understanding of homework design, and the lack of homework management in schools. Therefore, it is urgent to return primary school Chinese homework to its essence through the implementation of strategies such as clarifying the object of homework, expanding the content of homework, enriching the types of homework, and attaching importance to homework evaluation, so as to effectively cultivate students’ core literacies.更多还原
