【摘要】 本文基于2010—2021年全国15个省份995个县的面板数据，考察电子商务进农村综合示范政策对农业经济韧性的影响。研究结果表明：电子商务进农村综合示范政策有助于增强农业经济韧性。在进行了一系列稳健性检验后，结果依然稳健。该政策的影响效应存在地理区位异质性、农业功能区异质性与电商发展水平异质性，其中，影响效应在长江经济带、粮食主销区与电商发展水平滞后的地区更为显著。进一步研究发现，电子商务进农村综合示范政策通过发挥农业产业集聚效应和特色农业扶持效应来增强农业韧性。政府应强化对试点县的服务与监督，因地制宜开展绩效评估，鼓励农业产业集群的蓬勃发展，进一步放大电商政策对农业经济韧性的积极影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of 995 counties in 15 provinces from 2010 to 2021, this paper examines the impact of digital rural construction on the resilience of agricultural economy with the help of the comprehensive demonstration of e-commerce into rural areas policy.The results show that the policy of comprehensive demonstration of e-commerce into rural areas can help enhance the resilience of agricultural economy.After a series of robustness tests, the results are still robust.The influence of this policy is characterized by geographical location heterogeneity, agricultural functional area heterogeneity, and e-commerce development level heterogeneity, among which, the influence effect is more significant in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, main grain marketing areas, and areas with lagging e-commerce development level.Further research found that the policies of e-commerce demonstration counties enhance agricultural resilience by exerting the agglomeration effect of agricultural industries and the effect of characteristic agriculture support.The government should strengthen the service and supervision of pilot counties, carry out performance evaluation according to local conditions, encourage the vigorous development of agricultural industrial clusters, and further amplify the positive impact of digital rural construction on the resilience of agricultural economy.更多还原
