基于外观形态和红外光谱结合的油斑烟支污染源的鉴别

【摘要】 为了探明卷烟生产过程中产生的油斑烟支的污染源,为卷烟生产现场提供一种快捷、有效的油斑烟支排查方法,利用便携式紫外灯观察九种自制标准油斑烟支和洁净烟支的外观形态,通过红外光谱(FTIR)采集这些标准油斑烟支图谱,采用主成分分析(PCA)对红外图谱进行类别划分,建立外观形态与红外图谱的对应关系。结果表明,油斑烟支在紫外光下呈现强荧光、中等荧光、无荧光三种类别。同一样品五次复测的红外光谱典型吸收峰的波数和透过率RSD范围分别为0.13%~1.48%和1.37%~4.67%,同一样品在五种时间点的红外光谱典型吸收峰的波数和透过率RSD范围分别为0.57%~2.14%和1.87%~5.64%,同一油品制备的五个油斑样品的红外光谱典型吸收峰的波数和透过率RSD范围分别为0.87%~2.65%和2.14%~6.87%。经主成分分析,标准油斑烟支红外图谱与其三种荧光类别存在对应关系。经外观形态的初步划分和红外光谱的相似度计算,可以明确实物油斑烟支的污染油品。该方法具有较好的精密度、稳定性、重复性,可作为日常卷烟生产过程中油斑烟支污染源的快速排查方法。

【Abstract】 In order to identify the sources of oil stainings produced during the cigarette production and provide a fast and effective method for removing oil stainings, a portable ultraviolet lamp is used to observe the appearance morphology ofnine homemade standard oil stainings and clean cigarettes under visible and ultraviolet light. This study tests these standard oil stainings by FTIRand classifies them into several categories with PCA, and ultimately to establish the correspondence between the appearance morphology and the infrared spectra. The result shows that the oil stainings present three categories under ultraviolet light: strong fluorescence, moderate fluorescence, and non-fluorescence. The RSD ranges of wavenumber and transmittance of typical absorption peaks of infrared spectra for five retests of the same sample are 0.13%-1.48%and 1.37%-4.67%. The RSD ranges of wavenumber and transmit-tance of typical absorption peaks of infrared spectra of the same sample at five time states are 0.57%-2.14% and 1.87%-5.64%. The RSD ranges of wavenumber and transmittance of typical ab-sorption peaks of infrared spectra of five samples prepared from the same oil are 0.87%-2.65% and 2.14%-6.87%. There is a correspondence between three fluorescence categories and infrared spectra of oil stainings with PCA. After the preliminary classification of appearance morphology and the similarity calculation of infrared spectra,it can bedetermined the sources of physical oil stainings in cigarette.This method has a good of precision, stability,and repeatability, and can be used as a rapid identification method for oil stainings.
