【Abstract】 In this paper, in the process of using 105 ℃ oven method to fix the moisture content of grain, different kinds of grain samples with different moisture content were dried with different sample thickness, and the effect of sample thickness on fixing the moisture content of grain was studied and analyzed. The test results showed that the sample thickness should be between 2 mm to 3 mm.更多还原
