【摘要】 目的 探讨宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒（human papilloma virus, HPV）感染患者采取清热化湿解毒汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗的效果。方法 选择2020年1月—2022年12月仪征市中医院就诊的100例宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者，依据治疗方法的不同分为两组。对照组（50例）给予重组人干扰素α-2b，观察组（50例）在对照组基础上联合清热化湿解毒汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、HPV转阴率、中医证候积分、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率与复发率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50)，比对照组的80.00%(40/50)更高，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=4.332,P<0.05）。相比于对照组，观察组HPV转阴率更高，观察组治疗后，中医证候积分、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α与白细胞介素-6水平更低，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。随访半年，相比于对照组，观察组疾病复发率更低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者采用清热化湿解毒汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗，能改善临床症状、提升HPV转阴率，降低机体炎性因子水平与复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Qingre Huashi Jiedu Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b in the treatment of cervicitis complicated with human papilloma virus(HPV) infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervicitis complicated with HPV infection admitted to Yizheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups. The control group(50 cases) was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b, and the observation group(50 cases) was treated with Qingre Huashi Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, HPV negative conversion rate, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, inflammatory factor levels, adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%(47/50), which was higher than 80.00%(40/50) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.332, P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the negative conversion rate of HPV in the observation group was higher, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the observation group after treatment were lower, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). After half a year of follow-up, compared with the control group, the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with cervicitis complicated with HPV infection were treated with Qingre Huashi Jiedu Decoction combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b, which could improve clinical symptoms, increase HPV negative conversion rate, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors and recurrence rate.更多还原
