【摘要】 目的 探究清溃愈疡方在大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用价值。方法 选取 2020年 5 月—2024 年 2 月南京中医药大学附属连云港市中医院收治的 108 例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同将患者分为对照组和观察组，各 54 例。对照组使用美沙拉嗪治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合使用清溃愈疡方。比较两组中医证候积分、肠道菌群、免疫功能。结果 治疗前，两组中医证候积分、肠道菌群数量、免疫功能指标对比，差异无统计学意义（P均>0.05）。治疗后，观察组中医证候积分中主症为（6.27±1.21）分，次症为（2.21±0.19）分，低于对照组的（8.41±1.25）分、（3.33±0.22）分，差异有统计学意义（t=9.039、28.313,P 均<0.05）。观察组大肠杆菌数量、CD8~+水平低于对照组，双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量及 CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 均<0.05）。结论 清溃愈疡方能有效降低大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者中医证候积分，改善肠道菌群结构，并提升患者免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of Qingkui Yuyang Formula in patients with large intestine damp-heat ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 108 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Li‐anyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treat‐ment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the observation group was treated with Qingkui Yuyang For‐mula on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,intestinal flora and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,intestinal flora number and immune function in‐dexes between the two groups (all P>0.05).After treatment,the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the observation group were (6.27±1.21) points and the secondary symptoms were (2.21±0.19) points,which were lower than (8.41±1.25) points and (3.33±0.22) points in the control group,and the dif‐ferences were statistically significant (t=9.039,28.313,both P<0.05).The number of Escherichia coli and CD8~+level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the number of Bifidobacte‐rium and Lactobacillus,CD4~+and CD4~+/CD8~+levels were higher than those in the control group,and the differ‐ences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).Conclusion Qingkui Yuyang Formula can effectively reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of patients with ulcerative colitis of large intestine damp-heat type,improve the structure of intestinal flora,and improve the immune function of patients.更多还原
