【摘要】 目的 研究牙列缺损合并中重度磨损患者应用垫式可摘局部义齿和普通可摘局部义齿治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2022年3月—2023年2月山东省济南市第一人民医院收治的60例牙列缺损合并中重度磨损患者为研究对象，按照不同治疗方式分为对照组（30例）和观察组（30例）。对照组给予普通可摘局部义齿修复治疗，观察组实施垫式可摘局部义齿修复治疗。比较两组临床疗效、咀嚼功能、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、颞下颌功能。结果 观察组临床治疗优良率为96.67%(29/30)，高于对照组的76.67%(23/30)，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5.832,P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组牙龈指数和菌斑指数均低于对照组，咀嚼效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。观察组颞下颌功能治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 垫式可摘局部义齿对牙列缺损合并中重度磨损患者的咀嚼功能和颞下颌关节功能有明显的改善作用，可明显减少患者的牙龈指数和菌斑指数，具有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of pad removable partial denture and ordinary removable partial denture in patients with tooth defects combined with moderate to severe wear. Methods From March 2022 to February 2023,60 patients with dentition defect and moderate to severe wear admitted to Jinan First People ’s Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group(30 cases) and observation group(30 cases). The control group was treated with ordinary removable partial denture repair, and the observation group was treated with pad removable partial denture repair. The clinical efficacy, chewing function, plaque index, gingival index and temporomandibular function were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30), which was higher than that in the control group 76.67%(23/30), the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.832, P<0.05). After treatment, the gingival index and plaque index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the masticatory efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The total effective rate of temporomandibular function treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The pad removable partial denture has obvious improvement effects on masticatory function and temporomandibular joint function of patients with tooth defects combined with moderate to severe wear, and can significantly reduce the gingival index and plaque index of patients, which has good clinical application value.更多还原
