基于智能绣花机的数码仿真绉绣研发和工艺参数研究
Research and development of digital simulation crepe embroidery and research of process parameters based on intelligent embroidery machine
【摘要】 为了传承苗绣文化、辅助现代苗绣产品设计研发,文章基于JANOME智能绣花机和Aritistic Digitizer绘图软件开发了数码仿真绉绣,解决了利用机器实现绉绣肌理效果的难题,并采用机针粗细、面底线搭配方式、线迹长度密度比、线迹外轮廓线宽度等工艺参数量化的方式,探究了工艺参数与数码仿真绉绣厚度的影响,对数码仿真绉绣厚度与工艺参数间的多元回归方程提出了假设猜想。此机绣方式和回归方程可提高苗绣绉绣技法的机绣效果和产品生产效率,赋予苗绣设计师更大的设计自由度。
【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology as well as the impact of intelligent and digitalized industries, the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage is facing new challenges. At the same time, consumers’ requirements for Miao embroidery products have become increasingly personalized and diversified, greatly increasing the difficulty of designing, producing and selling Miao embroidery products. At this stage, the inheritance and development of Miao embroidery culture is slow, and there are great problems in its development and innovation, so it becomes quite important to organically combine Miao embroidery with intelligent embroidery machine in order to improve the flexibility of Miao embroidery design and its production efficiency.To inherit the Miao embroidery culture and assist the research and development of modern Miao embroidery product design, this paper first analyzed the crepe embroidery technique in the three-dimensional Miao embroidery method, and then developed the digital simulation crepe embroidery by using the JANOME intelligent embroidery machine and the Aritistic Digitizer embroidery plate-making software, solving the problem of realizing the handmade crepe embroidery texture effect by using the machine. Then 22 Miao embroidery-related experts and scholars were invited to score the developed digital simulation crepe embroidery pieces from multiple angles, and the comprehensive scoring results confirmed the feasibility and reasonableness of the digital simulation of handmade crepe embroidery, and at the same time, higher requirements were put forward for its quality effect. Finally, to explore the relationship between digital simulation of crepe embroidery and three-dimensional process parameters, three process parameters were selected for the filling experiment and the contour experiment, and 480 groups of one-factor experiments in total were designed. Employing Origin and SPSS data analysis software to explore the effects of the four process parameters including the machine needle thickness, matching method of face and bottom line, stitch length density ratio and stitch width of the outer contour line on the thickness of digital simulation crepe embroidery in the filling experiment and contour experiment, the article constructed the multivariate regression equation between digital simulation crepe embroidery thickness and the three-dimensional process parameters. This paper broke through the limitation that machine embroidery technology cannot realize the three-dimensional Miao embroidery’s embroidering method, endowing Miao embroidery designers with greater freedom of design. The experimental results show that the selection of 102 long stacked stitches in the Aritistic Digitizer embroidery plate making software, and the use of JANOME intelligent embroidery machine for reverse embroidery can realize the digital simulation of handmade crepe embroidery technique. Through one-way test and data analysis, it is found that there is no correlation between the machine needle and the three-dimensionality of digital simulation crepe embroidery in the filling experiment and contour experiment, and there is a negative correlation between the matching method of the face and bottom threads, the density ratio of the length of the stitches, and the width of the contour line of the stitches and the three-dimensionality of digital simulation crepe embroidery.The digital simulation of handmade Miao embroidery techniques provides new ideas for the protection and inheritance of Miao embroidery, enriches the style of digital simulation Miao embroidery products, accelerates the production speed of Miao embroidery products, and enables the culture of Miao embroidery to be more responsive to the rhythm of the market of fast consumption. The research on the process parameters of digital simulation crepe embroidery and the construction of multiple regression equations have improved the design freedom and flexibility of Miao embroidery.
