【摘要】 变应性皮肤血管炎为变态反应性疾病，病程较长，易反复发作。曹烨民教授认为本病病机以阳虚为本、络毒为标，治疗宜标本兼顾，整体与局部结合，以扶助脾肾阳气为主，同时清解络热邪毒；提出“因虚感邪，因邪致瘀，扶正为本，祛邪为先”的学术观点，提倡分期辨证。本病治疗分急性发展期、好转缓解期两个阶段。急性发展期祛邪为先，以清为主，慎用活血。好转缓解期正虚邪恋，需扶正固本，通补兼施。曹教授治疗上以和营法贯穿全程，分别辅以清热、益气、和血之法；临证常用清热解毒及调节免疫功能的中药，并逐渐减少激素类西药用量，进而提高临床疗效。并附验案1则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Allergic cutaneous vasculitis(ACV) is a hypersensitivity disorder characterized by chronic progression and frequent relapses. Professor Cao Yemin believes that its pathogenesis primarily involves a deficiency of yang at the root and toxin in the collaterals as the manifestation. The treatment should address both the root causes and symptoms, combining systemic and local approaches, primarily supporting the spleen and kidney yang, while also clearing toxic heat from the collaterals. He proposes an academic view that "pathogens invade due to underlying deficiencies, leading to stasis caused by these pathogens. Supporting the body’s healthy qi is fundamental, while expelling pathogens takes precedence." He advocates for stage-specific differentiated diagnosis. Treatment is divided into two stages: an acute progressive stage, where expelling pathogens is prioritized with an emphasis on clearing and cautious use of blood-activating medicinals; and a recovery and remission stage, where the body’s healthy qi remains weak and residual pathogens persist, focusing on supporting the healthy qi and consolidating the foundation with a balanced approach that combines both expelling and tonifying methods. Throughout the treatment, Professor Cao applies the Heying(harmonizing ying level) method, supplemented by methods to clear heat, boost qi, and harmonize blood. Clinically, he often uses traditional Chinese herbal medicines that clear heat, remove toxicity, and regulate immune functions, gradually reducing the dosage of steroid medications, thereby enhancing clinical outcomes.
