【摘要】 介绍侯爱画教授治疗肿瘤化学疗法毒副作用的辨证用药经验。其应用扶正护膜汤治疗骨髓抑制；基于“五脏六腑皆令人呕”理论，灵活辨治恶心、呕吐；运用白及、乌梅、海螵蛸、瓦楞子护膜制酸，引火汤、吴茱萸引火归元治疗消化道黏膜损伤；采用养肝疏肝相结合缓解肝毒性；以益气养血和营为法，内服外洗并施减轻外周神经毒性；善用乌芪汤治疗皮肤瘙痒。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduces professor Hou Aihua’s experience in using traditional Chinese medicine to treat the toxic side effects of tumor chemotherapy. Professor Hou applies Fuzheng Humo Decoction to treat myelosuppression. Based on the theory that "all organs are responsible for nausea and vomiting", she flexibly diagnoses and treats nausea and vomiting. Professor Hou uses Baiji(Bletiliae Rhizoma), Wumei(Mume Fructus), Haipiaoxiao(Sepiae Endoconcha), and Walengzi(Arcae Concha) to protect the stomach mucosa and inhibit gastric acid, and Yinhuo Decoction and Wu Zhuyu(Euodiae Fructus) to treat the digestive mucosa injury by conducting the fire back to its origin. She combines liver nourishing and liver soothing methods to alleviate liver toxicity. Professor Hou implements the qi supplementing and blood nourishing method to internally and externally mitigate peripheral neurotoxicity, and she is skilled in using Wuqi Decoction to treat pruritus cutanea.更多还原
