【摘要】 立足国家级实验教学中心的目标和发展需求，以草业科学国家级实验教学示范中心（兰州大学）为例，分析其在运转过程中的潜在风险和防控阻碍。通过对安全管理制度、安全教育培训、安全等级评估、安全管用衔接以及安全管理手段5个方面的优化和完善，积极探索出安全、有序、高效、规范的“五位一体”安全管理模式，切实解决了现行安全管理体系中存在的弊端和不足，有效提升中心实验教学的安全性和可持续发展能力，以期为国内外实验教学中心安全管理方式提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the goals and development needs of the national experimental teaching center, taking the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Grassland Science(Lanzhou University) as an example, this paper analyzes the potential risks and obstacles in the operation of the center. Through the optimization and improvement of five aspects including safety management system, safety education and training, safety level assessment, safety connection, and safety management methods, the paper actively explores a “five-in-one” safety management model that is safe, orderly, efficient,and standardized. This model effectively solves the disadvantages and shortcomings in the current safety management system,enhances the safety and sustainable development capabilities of the center’s experimental teaching, and aims to provide reference for the safety management of experimental teaching centers both domestically and internationally.更多还原
