基于筛分效应的COF纳滤膜的制备及其在染料脱盐中的应用
Preparation of COF Nanofiltration Membrane Based on Sieving Effect and Its Application in Dye Desalting
【摘要】 喷墨印花需使用含盐量低、纯度高的电子级染料,但商品粗染料常含大量无机盐,故在用作喷墨印花墨水前要进行脱盐处理。本研究采用原位生长法,在Al2O3陶瓷基底表面制备了三种不同孔径的COF纳滤膜,并研究了其染料脱盐性能。结果表明,这3种纳滤膜均有较高的纯水通量,对常用的活性染料截留率超过98%,而对NaCl和Na2SO4的截留率分别低于12%、21%,实现了兼顾高染料截留、低无机盐截留及高水通量的高效脱盐。
【Abstract】 Ink jet printing requires low salt content and high purity of electronic grade dyes, and commercial crude dyes often contain a lot of inorganic salts, which must be desalted before being used as ink jet printing ink. In this study, three kinds of COF nanofiltration membranes with different pore sizes were prepared on the surface of Al2O3 ceramic substrate by in-situ growth method, and their dyedesalting properties were studied. The results show that the three nanofiltration membranes all have high pure water flux, and the retention rate of the commonly used reactive dyes can reach more than 98 %, and the retention rate of NaCl and Na2SO4 is lower than 12 % and 21 %. The purpose of efficient desalination with high dye retention, low inorganic salt retention and high water flux can be realized.
